Below are the agreed prices for the five star luxury accommodation that your cat will be staying in. Bearing in mind, that it is fully indoor with 24 hour heating, 24 hour lighting, CCTV protecting the entire property, fire alarms, individual heated beds, full Pet Plan Insurance (our nominated Vets are Inshes Vets) and inclusive of food, litter and freshly laundered bedding. Sweeties will be served at bed time. Your cat will be very much loved and pampered - at no extra charge! There is no discount for bringing your own food. And remember the water fountains - a wee added extra! And not to mention, the radio playing quietly in the background.

WITH RISING COSTS OF ELECTRICITY (bearing in mind we are fully heated throughout), WE HAVE HAD TO TAKE THE DECISION TO RUN WITH SUMMER/WINTER RATES, to help cover the increase in costs to heating our beautiful Cattery.
THIS NOW MEANS ANY CAT(S) BOOKED IN ANY TIME BETWEEN 1st OCTOBER TO 31st MARCH, WILL NOW INCUR AN EXTRA COST OF £1 per DAY per CAT.

Please note that there will be an additional supplement for any cats that are going to be staying with us on Christmas Day. At Christmas, we will be delighted to have them stay and eat turkey with us but we will NOT be accepting any admissions or collections.
We do not give credit for early returns - you will be charged for the period booked.
Due to problems in the past with no shows, late payments and last minute cancellations, it is with regret that we will now be charging a £30 non-refundable/non-transferable Deposit on booking. We will also require the account balance to be made BEFORE drop off day, by Bank Transfer. If you are unable to use this Service, please provide cash or cheque at time of drop off.
Payment by bank transfer (sort code 82 65 18 account number 30015922). Please state name of cat(s) as reference.
Cancellation of the full booking within 7 days of the commencement of the booking will result in the full boarding fees being due for payment.
Cancellation of the full booking within 8 to 14 days of the commencement of the booking will result in 50% of the full boarding fees being due for payment.
There will be no charge for cancellations taken more than 14 days prior to stay.
Please remember that the Deposit is non-refundable and on-transferable.
