We do not give credit for early returns - you will be charged for the period booked.

Due to problems in the past with no shows, late payments and last minute cancellations, it is with regret that we will now be charging a £30 non-refundable Deposit on booking. We will also require the account balance to be made BEFORE drop off day, by Bank Transfer. If you are unable to use this Service, please provide cash or cheque at time of drop off.

Payment by bank transfer (sort code 82 65 18 account number 80438354). Please state name of cat(s) as reference.

Cancellation of the full booking within 7 days of the commencement of the booking will result in the full boarding fees being due for payment.

Cancellation of the full booking within 8 to 14 days of the commencement of the booking will result in 50% of the full boarding fees being due for payment.

There will be no charge for cancellations taken more than 14 days prior to stay.

Please remember that the Deposit is non-refundable.

 
Please book as early as you can giving firm dates together with details of your cat.  You will be sent a confirmation email with the requested dates and times. Please acknowledge receipt of this email.  You will be sent an email one week before arrival asking for up to date details for yourself and registered vets (this may not change in between bookings!). You are also requested to let us have details of an emergency contact for when you are away.  The day before arrival, you will be reminded of your times and asked to bring your up to date vaccination card. This information will be entered onto our computer system to allow us to make things quicker for handling future booking requests.  Please also note, that our computer software, Revelation Pets, helps keep your data complaint with new EU regulations and rules.
 
We can book you in at any time - as unlike many other establishments, we do not open for just an hour or so at a time, we aim to be flexible!  You are politely requested to drop off/pick up between the hours of 8am and 6pm.  But please make sure that the time you request, you can keep to!  If for any reason you are going to be late, please give Michael a call out of courtesy.  His telephone number is 07799 603 100.  You will get an email/text the day before your booking with his details, in order to remind you.  We are here for your convenience, please do not abuse it!!
